"One of the things distinguishing Paris is its skyline. Except for the Eiffel Tower and one 59 storey office building, there are few buildings taller than 12 stories. But that could be about to change. The mayor of Paris says he wants to remove the city's height restriction, and start building up again. Residents say it will disfigure the city."
