The enterprising folks at the technology discussion site Slashdot have figured out what "Ginger" is likely to be.
A respected New Hampshire inventor is reportedly at the center of hype surrounding a new personal transportation device code-named Ginger. Several technology leaders have declared Ginger so important that they say it will change the way cities are developed and rival the World Wide Web as the most important invention in the last century. The industrious readers of the technology discussion website Slashdot have figured out what Giner probably is. According to an International Patent Application by Dean Kamen, "The present invention pertains to vehicles and methods for transporting individuals, and more particularly to balancing vehicles and methods for transporting individuals over ground having a surface that may be irregular."
