LAX Expansion Under Attack

Environmental studies for the proposed LAX $12-billion expansion were relaeased Thursday and are already under attack.

LAX expansion will have "a disproportionate impact" on minority and low-income communities east of the airport. This is according to the EIR. The result will require mitigation measures. Proponents of the expansion say that it is vital to the city's economic health.
