RFP for Downtown Master Plan for Walla Walla, WA

The Downtown Walla Walla Foundation and the City of Walla Walla are requesting proposals to revise and update the WW Downtown Master Plan. Elements to be addressed in the plan include:
* Housing- strategies to expand downtown housing opportunities
* Economic Development- business retention and recruitment strategies
* Physical/Design- streetscapes, entryways, pedestrian enhancements
* Transportation- pedestrian linkages, multi-modal efficiency, parking
The full text of the RFP is available on the City of Walla Walla web site at www.ci.walla-walla.wa.us. Proposals must be submitted by May 9, 2003.
