"As she served up the last marionberry danish and a golden loaf of raisin bread at closing time early yesterday afternoon, Eileen Moore said the new Sound Transit commuter-rail stop in Kent could be as good for business as her 4-inch-thick slices of Dutch apple pie. 'We plan on extending our hours until 8 p.m. for the people when they get off the train at night,' said Moore, the manager at Wild Wheat Bakery, Cafe and Restaurant. 'We have to find a cook first.'"
