California Hearst Coastal Plans Anger Skeptics

Critics of the Hearst Coastal project in California say that the company is not telling them everything. What is the plan?

Hearst Corporation says that if its building plan is approved by the Coastal Commission for 257 acres, it will sell its development rights on the other 83,000 acres near Hearst Castle. Critics say that Hearst's 1% is the most important on the coast line: San Simeon Point. Additionally, Hearst will not give any of the details of his building plan.
