Architect Aaron Betsky explains why "Architecture Must Burn."
"[Aaron] Betsky will explore the subject of impressive architecture, technology and sociology and how it all can affect human life in a free lecture at 7:30 p.m. March 29, in Hinde Auditorium in University Union at California State University, Sacramento. 'As our cities grow cold, architecture must be hot,' wrote architect/curator/professor Betsky in his book 'Architecture Must Burn,' published in 2000. 'It must be a flame that shines out of the drabness of our daily existence.'"
