Or in this case, if you alleviate the financial burden from one place, another will most definitely be adversely affected. Chris McKenzie, Executive Director of the League of California Cities offers [The Planning Report] a snapshot of what's going on in Sacramento to fix the state/local fiscal imbalance, the consequences if our cities don't regain increased fiscal control and what the best course of action is if we hope to stop the bleeding of local government revenues."
