The Plan for Central Hercules, CA by Dover, Kohl & Partners will be featuredon a special edition of "Bay Window" on KQED-TV, one of the largest publicTV stations in the US, on Friday, April 6th, at 9pm Pacific Time. A liveonline discussion about sustainable development will follow. Hundreds of citizens in Hercules collaborated to create the new plan withthe help of Dover-Kohl, Fehr & Peers, Gibbs Planning Group, Zimmerman-VolkAssociates, and the Hercules Planning Commission.
