"The boat and trailer sales outlets cropping up near the I-25 outpost with the "world famous cinnamon rolls" barely hint at the commerce heading its way. Coming soon: a golf course community along the river to the north, with an adjoining office/retail center planned to grow larger than Park Meadows mall. The urban growth that gushed south along Interstate 25 from Denver in the 1990s is turning north. From Denver through Fort Collins, a Denver Post analysis found, every mile of a 70-mile interstate trip now lies within some community's urban-growth boundaries."
