"New York State finished dead last, with an average test score of 70.5.

NY1 asked some of the questions to motorists in Rego Park, Queens this morning and the results were mixed.

NY1 reporter Roger Clark: A traffic light with a flashing red signal means: A) Yield; B) Stop; C) Caution.

Driver: I think it's C. Caution, slow down. When I see it, I slow down.

Clark: Actually, you're supposed to stop.

Driver: You are? I do not stop.

Idaho and Wisconsin tied for the best scores at 80.6, followed by Montana, Kansas, South Dakota and Nebraska."
