New buildings will be limited to 13,500 square feet in town that Mr. Gates, Jeff Bezos, the Amazon founder, and a cluster of other billionaires call home... "Evidence of a planning free-for-all is everywhere in Medina. One home has a tram system to take people from the main house to one on the shore. "That," said Mr Shulze, "will not be allowed." Helicopter pads will be banned, but seaplanes will continue to be permitted. In a community with at least one aircraft tied up at the pier of each home, it would be hard to do otherwise."
