"Jack Manley is a down-and-out census taker who decides to take the easy way out. After having numerous doors slammed in his face, Jack decides that census taking is an insurmountable task, so he decides to just falsify the census forms and send them in. He wakes up the next morning to find that the non-existant citizens that he made up the night before are now populating his town."
