Goldstein and his family were to be evicted on May 17- the state had taken the property through eminent domain.

From the New York Post: "The deal was finalized a day after Ratner announced that seven other holdouts – all renters – had signed agreements to relocate, which will let construction of the planned Barclays Center continue without any timely eviction proceedings."
