Cleveland's older suburbs, once booming with mass-produced housing after World War II, are now trying to find a market for the outdated bungalows that dominate the landscape. "Project planners suggest that prospective bungalow buyers might include retirees, singles, young couples, empty-nesters, young professionals and others who want living space that is affordable or easy to maintain. The second unit in a duplex could serve as the office for a home business or a suite for a family member."
