'Our team traveled across America and to other continents to evaluate what made main streets special and what makes some more successful than others,' said Brian Jones, president of Forest City Development, which is working with Upland-based Lewis Operating Corp. to develop 75 acres of grapevines and scrub into the city's downtown."
