Economic development is the obvious culprit, according to Jenara Nerenberg.
Jenara talks with Architecture for Humanity founder Cameron Sinclair, who says, "It is worrying to see Cambodia take a Dubai approach to plant a foot on the world map."
But Nerenberg asks, "Wouldn't the $200 million dollars be better spent elsewhere?"
