Grist asks, "Does new public transit increase gentrification?" Their conclusion: "Isn't that the point?"

Grist looks at a new report from the Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy at Northeastern University. it concluded that population growth occurred in 64% of the areas studied that had new transit, and "55 percent of those neighborhoods showed a "dramatic" increase in housing production."
