The National Association of Realtors says the sales of U.S. existing homes slipped in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.33 million units from a revised rate of 5.36 million units in May. The rate exceeded analysts' expectations for a 5.3 million unit sales pace. So, why are we focusing on the housing sector?
