Leading the top 10 are Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA. Seattle, for example is trying an "automated vehicle location (AVL) system monitors where buses are, and the MyBus.org website makes real-time arrival predictions based on that information. Through the BusView system, riders can set their e-mail accounts to notify them when a bus passes a certain point."
