The Colorado Court complex, as it is called, is located in Santa Monica, CA where the architect is a principal of the firm Brooks + Scarpa.
Alissa Walker, of Good Magazine, writes "the 44-unit building includes 200 solar panels to help offset energy costs, which is exceptionally important, because low-income families spend a great deal of their money on utilities."
