"Everything [downtown], it seems, comes back to housing. Even Mayor Michael Coleman is who is thrilled with the district's development, awaits the first residents. 'I think it is absolutely essential for the Arena District, as well as the remainder of Downtown, where we haven't had any growth in residential communities in the past 50 or 60 years,' Coleman said. 'Downtown needs to be a place to play, and it also needs to be a place where you live...'"
