A Colorado man has put up a sign in his front yard, warning potential buyers of the house next door about his activities. The sign includes a warning that there are three rottweilers, loud parties, loud music, loud cars and fireworks on the property. The man explains that he just wants to warn potential buyers of what they're in store for so there is no misunderstanding.
"Adams County code enforcement officers weren't amused and warned Terranova he is facing a ticket for an illegal sign, graffiti and having too many vehicles and trailers on his property," says the Associated Press.
