Using a rather complex, scientific methodology, Robert Krueger, has compiled a list of the top 25 most influential transportation infrastructure sources to follow on Twitter.
A couple of weeks ago, we ran a link to an article in Urban Land identifying the most influential sources on Twitter for news relating to the Housing Industry. Now the ULI is back with its rankings of transportation news sources.
Matt Yglesias (@mattyglesias), with Slate, holds the top spot; while Richard Florida (@Richard_Florida) was ranked second. Planetizen (@planetizen) managed to crack the top ten, at number 8.
According to Krueger, "Twitter can be a valuable resource for transportation consultants, developers, redevelopment agencies, planning departments and others who want to scope out trends, stay connected with the public, share information, and meet other professionals working on similar projects. It's also a quick way to find the latest news about the transportation industry."
