"The city now will seek proposals for the 1.6-acre fourth-phase site, currently a parking lot next to the Renaissance Box, which is being renovated for arts and retail space. Although much of the North Quadrant has been developed by George Sherman, Sweeney said the city's goal was "to bring in a different mix" to add to the aesthetic quality of the project. Sweeney said he envisions adding up to 150 housing units. When completed, the North Quadrant should have 750 owner-occupied and rental units, making it one of the most extensive housing developments in the city's history. So far, 300 units have been built."
