WTC: New 50-story Glass Towers

New York is determined to rebuild downtown -- and one proposal now stands out.

"One idea that's getting a lot of interest is being floated by Larry Silverstein, the developer and force of nature who holds a 99-year lease on the World Trade Center. He has suggested building four 50-story office towers, with two of the buildings having an additional 50-story glass structure built on top of them. At night they would be illuminated by interior searchlights as a memorial to the victims."
