"The State Supreme Court heard arguments today on whether a lower court was correct in allowing a developer to build hundreds of single-family homes in a township that was putting up fierce resistance. [The] seven justices hearing West Windsor Township v. Toll Brothers Inc. seemed to be more concerned with a broader issue: the housing barriers that make New Jersey one of the most racially segregated states."
