"A solid D.C. office market is propping up the region's commercial real estate sector, a reversal of fortune from the heyday of the tech boom, when Northern Virginia led the area.While office vacancy rates have soared into double digits in Loudoun and Fairfax counties, the District's vacancy rate is just under 7 percent."
