After the real estate boom of the 1990s, Broward County, Florida, is quickly using up available, previously undeveloped land. However, various projections predict continued increases in the County's population, even after buildout occurs. Broward County, realizing the impending shift from new to redevelopment, has begun to seek methonds to encourage and direct redevelopment efforts.
