New Billboard Signs Halted In Southern CA

Los Angeles officials claim that billboard company violated their contract. Judge halts their work until hearing.

At their January 25th hearing, L.A. officials will request that STI/Outdoor be permanently blocked from installing billboards along the county's most heavily travelled roads. They call it a breach of contract. The billboard company says that they acted within the contract and will not be found liable.
