"A new report released by the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) shows how Smart Growth policies make housing more affordable, reduce government expenses, reduce congestion, and helps a region's economy. The report is titled 'Correcting the Record,' because it contradicts the findings of widely quoted anti-transit activist Wendell Cox."
