Among the top 10 places, issues and trends: U.S. Botanic Garden, Washington, D.C.; Mission San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; Star Hotel, St. Joseph, Mo.; Farnsworth House, Plano, Ill.; and Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Nashville, Tenn.
