Florida city may require employers to limit the traffic generated by their workers.

"Under a proposed plan, employers would be required to offer their employees such options as four-day work weeks, flexible schedules or shuttle rides to bus and train stations. The traffic management program would apply to new businesses with at least 50 employees and any new employers that meet certain other criteria."
