"...commuter rail is closer than ever to becoming a reality in Georgia...Small pieces are starting to come together. Macon is buying the 1916 Terminal Station in hopes it will anchor regional rail, bus and taxi service. The state Legislature is headed toward providing the final piece of funding for buying land for a rail and bus station in downtown Atlanta that will tie into MARTA's Five Points station."
