Organizers plan to hold an "electronic town meeting" with up to 5,000 participants in the next installment of the contentious public involvement aspect of the WTC planning process.
"The public meeting will be held after the development corporation releases the first phase of plans for rebuilding on the site of the World Trade Center. Those plans will be devised by a planner to be chosen under a process announced this week. Preliminary plans, or options, are scheduled to be made public around July 1."
