John O'Callaghan announces the "Dress Rehearsal" of the Broadway Streetscape Master Plan, the opening for which was celebrated by city officials and complete streets advocates yesterday in Los Angeles.

"These interventions, some of which have just been added to Broadway, include the addition of moveable public seating, bike parking and street plants." The streetscape plan is a component of the ambitious, ten-year "Bringing Back Broadway" initiative led by the office of Councilmember Jose Huizar.
