Some people just can't find beauty any where in the world—even while visiting the world's most iconic buildings.
The CityMetric staff took a little tour of TripAdvisor reviews for such iconic buildings as the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Sydney Opera House, and the Empire State Building only to discover that some visitors were much-less-than-impressed with the places the world considers worthy of iconic status.
For instance, here is what a commenter known as Jamie R. has to say about the 4,500-year-old Pyrmaids of Giza:
got there and found its all lies as I can tell you in seconds how its built there isn't a wonder the only thing that I wondered about was why people don't tell the truth and not go there its dirty its boring its blocks on top of blocks
To which CityMetric replies: "Let’s hope he never visits Stonehenge."
