The Prince of Wales took to the pages of The Architectural Review to share his vision for the future of architecture and planning.

Dezeen shares partial access to the print-only article. A "primer" provided by The Architectural Review also provides some context for the editorial.
According to the Dezeen article, the prince sets out "10 'important geometric principles' for urban masterplanning that he says aim 'to mix the best of the old with the best of the new' and provide a template for designing places 'according to the human scale and with nature at the heart of the process'."
The ten principles mention, among other ideas, the grammatical ground rules of the language of architecture (zoning codes, for instance), density, materials, and pedestrian safety.
