The nation's second largest city finds itself on the verge of a possible breakup, with Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley area residents threatening to separate from the rest of Los Angeles. A successful secession could have serious implications for local real estate developers in addition to leaving the newly reconfigured Los Angeles with a depleted budget at a time when the city can ill afford to lose any additional revenue...
