A Chicago marketing executive plans to build 80 residential "homes" in a 40-story high rise -- doggie corridors and all.

He's come up with some unusual features to entice buyers, including a dumbwaiter to deliver pizzas, mail and packages directly to residents, and a "doggie condo" a central area that will give owners an alternative to taking their dogs outside late at night or in bad weather."
