"18 months after the Swedish furniture maker retreated from City Park, a scrappy neighborhood of modest homes and factories in the shadow of Interstate 95, residents there continue to face an uncertain future. Officially, City Park remains a blighted area meaning that it can still be demolished and redeveloped by the city, though that seems unlikely now."
