The thing of legend will come to pass: the TriMet Portland-Milwaukie light rail construction project is expected for delivery on time and between $10 and $40 million under budget.
"The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon's (TriMet) Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project is slated to come in $10 million to $40 million under budget," according to a post on the Progressive Railroading website.
