"Some similar projects are in the works in Wilmington's central business district, also known to go dark after 5 p.m., and improving the city's night life is the aim. Right now, most of the city's young professionals live in Trolley Square, about a mile from downtown. Last month, the vacant Delaware Trust Building was purchased by local developer Buccini-Polin Group, which plans to renovate the building into 270 apartments. Buccini-Polin also redeveloped the Nemours Building at 11th and Orange Streets into 85 furnished apartments, most of which are being rented to local companies."
