"I like a good developer-bashing as much as the next guy, but plenty of builders are happy to forsake the edge of sprawl and build in the city and inner suburbs. Problem is, it has become nearly impossible to build the "in-fill" housing that could help curb sprawl. Politicians routinely leave developers twisting in the wind at the first whiff of opposition."
