Malls that were built in the last 15 years in Ohio's three largest cities to help revive decaying downtowns are struggling, and they're not alone. Downtown malls throughout the nation are facing problems similar to those affecting City Center in Columbus, Tower Place in Cincinnati and Cleveland's Galleria at Erieview.
