"Most money for the North Central Texas Council of Governments comes from state and federal sources, but a new approach to fund raising could open previously untapped coffers. The Arlington-based council recently created a nonprofit 501(c)(3) foundation, the North Central Texas Council of Governments Inc., to become eligible for a wider pool of grants."
