"Construction on the first stages of Destiny USA begins Thursday, after an elaborate, politically charged groundbreaking ceremony, executives with The Pyramid Cos. said Monday." "First up: a four-level parking deck that can hold 2,400 vehicles, followed by a 47-story hotel with more than 1,300 rooms. Together, they will cost $220 million to build and will be open by the holiday shopping season in late 2003, said Michael Lorenz, a Pyramid executive."
