"[Bill Fulton], a regular columnist for Governing magazine, was among six experts in Auburn Wednesday and Thursday to offer advice about improving downtown and the outlet...They were joined by Kelliher's boss, Robert McNulty, president of Partners for Livable Communities; Geoffrey Ferrell, a D.C.-based urban planner; Rolf Pendall, a Cornell University city and regional planning professor; and Paula Horrigan, a Cornell University landscape architect. The group also met with councilors, city planners and members of the Auburn Downtown Development Partnership and the Waterfront Advisory Committee."
