Columbia Residential and the Atlanta Housing Association are undertaking a massive redevelopment in West Highlands, which will provide retail and shopping for an underserved sector of Atlanta. The new development is expected to include nearly 1,000 houses, 700 apartments, a library, charter school, and golf course.The redevelopment represents a substantial expansion of the AHA's transformation of run-down housing projects into multi-use developments.
