"Employees of the Longaberger Company have been moving out of their famous offices in Newark, Ohio, and into new digs on the site of the company's manufacturing plant in nearby Frazeyburg," according to an article by Craig Hlavaty.

The famous building is a large version of a basket that resembles the baskets manufactured by Longaberger. Just 19 years ago, the company spent $32 million to construct the building. Now the company "owes nearly $600,000 in back taxes on the building," so "a prospective buyer could likely snag the architectural conversation piece for just under $1 million," writes Hlavaty.
